East Carolina Velo Cycling Club is based in Greenville, NC.  We are interested in all things concerning the sport of cycling within Eastern North Carolina and the surrounding area. Club members organize and lead recreational rides and training rides to help promote all aspects of cycling. The club organizes group trips to area races, mountain bike rides, and centuries. We encourage all members to participate in cycling related events. We are a club of volunteers so please think about how you can help and do so often.

Cotton Country Century - 9/26/2010

The 2010 Cotton Country Century is coming up...

Cycle along idyllic country roads through the flat countryside of Eastern North Carolina. The Cotton Country Century offers three ride distances: a 30-mile route, a metric century (62 miles), and an English century (100 miles.) The routes are on lightly traveled country roads in the heart of cotton country USA.

NCSU Collegiate MTB Race at Bike Post Trails

There will be a collegiate mountain bike race at the Bike Post Trails on September 18th and 19th.  The trail will be closed to other users during the race.  Please do not plan to use the trail from 7am - 6:30pm on Saturday the 18th & 7am - 1pm on Sunday the 18th.  Thank you for your understanding!!

Bike for Tots MTB Race and Road Ride - Nov 21st

This is the 5th consecutive year for this event, now at a new date almost gauranteeing better weather.  Come out and support and great cause and have fun doing it.

Meet at Tie Breakers for a 30 mile ride, ending back at Tie Breakers for social hour.
